This deer is not musk deer and is smaller than musk deer. The one seen in wild is actually very shy.

This deer is Ruminant and feeds mostly on leaves, grass.

The 2nd generation deer bred by us is already accepting food from people's hands.

The 3rd generation deer that we shall be exporting will be even more friendly with people.

General info :
The Lesser Mouse Deer is world's smallest hoofed mammal weighing merely about 2 kg. Deer belonging to this species do not have antlers or horns. They are very shy and silent. Being primarily nocturnal, they are rarely seen . They are commonly found in primary and secondary forests in southeast Asia.
